Maxie is a young teenager coming from a small town. He hates injustice and cruelty so much, but being a kid, has no power. He does have a lot of heart, but can often be deceived as he is somewhat naive. A wholesome boy. Maxie is a young teenager coming from a small town. He hates injustice and cruelty so much, but being a kid, has no means to prevent these bad things as crime starts to go up in the area. This is until he gets the idea to create his own super hero, Pheonix Fox. Using a home made costume, he goes out to try to stop crime despite having no powers or skills. He wants to protect the little guy, a group of people he is a part of. He has a lot of heart, but can often be deceived as he is somewhat naive.
