Calm and a bit shy, she tries to keep a friendly and elegant demeanor about herself. Despite her demonic blood, she is a firm pacifist and prefers to practice the less common defensive and supporting techniques of fire magic rather than offensive spells. Enya was born human, though at a young age took to talking frequently with a bizarre imaginary friend, the "fire man". Her parents thought little of the strange companion until she reached the age of eleven, when the friend first showed its true nature. Possessed by the demonic spirit, Enya set flame to her own home and the family just narrowly managed to escape. After a great deal of panic in search for answers, Enya's parents brought her into a spirit healer living in the woods nearby. Though the healer could do little to get rid of the demon, he at least offered to take Enya in and keep her out of trouble. For six years after that, things stayed quiet as the ifrit bode its time before eventually repeating the possession. Having lost all memory of the incident and having received only vague descriptions of it, she opted to head off on her own to avoid potentially causing harm to her caretaker. In the years since, repeated exposure to the ifrit's possession has begun to taint her blood, imbuing it with the being's magic and allowing her to take the partial form of an ifrit at will.
